Taxpayer Rights & Compliance
RTH Worldwide, LLC and its tax preparation DBAs are subject to the standards of conduct set forth in IRS Circular 230 and IRC §6694 and §6695. We sign all returns we prepare as paid preparers, as required by law. You have the right to review your return before it is filed, to ask questions about any item, and to refuse to sign if you do not agree with the contents. Your signed return is your responsibility as the taxpayer.
Authorized IRS e-file Provider
RTH Worldwide, LLC, operating as YourAccountantsUSA and TusContadoresUSA, is an IRS-authorized e-file provider. Electronic filing is generally faster, more secure, and provides confirmation of IRS receipt. We are required to e-file returns we prepare unless you opt out in writing. Paper filing is available upon written client request.
